Everybody, from New Era, Nike’s, Fifty9Fifty be rockin’ 3 Stars and the sun. Suddenly, it’s cool,vogue,it’s IN, it’s HOT to be Filipino. Well hate to burst your bubble but back in 1991,circa “Man from Manila” (…”Sa Mindanao, Visayas at Luzon, I’m ready to defend the 3 Stars & a Sun”) as a lyric on this song I was rockin this shit before anyone was anyone. Back in ‘89 I was saying ” Kung may itim o may puti, mayroon naman kayumanggi…Ako ay Pilipino!” And back in July of 1994, a 30 yr. old father of 6 (at that time) wrote THE THREE STARS & A SUN. Peeps can rip my words, put it on clothing, put it on shit BUT it ain’t 3 Stars if it ain’t from The FrancisM Clothing Co.

death of patriotism in in the heart of the filipino people those especially young workers in other countries such as dubai. i ve been here for 4 months and most of the filipinos i had a chance to interact with compare philippines to this place of the world, that this is where they belong, they enjoy life here at dubai, it gives them freedom and money. but the sad thing not all kabayans have the same fate as of those who where earning good bucks, most of them slaves in the thinking that theybelong here,the freedom it gives destroys family relationships, wherein money become there life, and that the Bayang Sinilangan has no hope…and a lot more thoughts of a dying sense of being Makabayan.

Its not all good and leisure living outside my country, i came here because of curiosity why filipinos in the Philippines want to go to dubai? for better salary, crosscountry oppurtunity,big networks back in the philippines over empasize how beautifull dubai is, but they seldom feature the true hardship of Juan dela Cruz outside of their soveriegnty.

we hope that by the shirts could be available here in this region, thru the shirts of three stars and a sun we could uplift the spirit of a true asiatic filipino tribe, ang makabayan at likas na matapang sa hamon ng buhay upang ipagtanggol at paunlarin ang Bayan Pilipinas.
